Obama is Eligible to Serve and ‘Birthers’ are Vindicated?

Two days ago I read an American Thinker article that challenged my current thinking. The result - I may have to acknowledge the possibility that Obama is a ‘natural born citizen’ and therefore eligible to serve as President. If either possibility presented in the article proves true and a few loose ends are tied up concerning Obama’s mother, I will be forced to stop referring to Obama as Obama and begin referring to him as President Obama. Time will tell if ‘facts’ come out that beckon such a change. Jack Cashill’s presentation is very compelling, but will journalists and historians use their gravitas to drive the final nails in the eligibility issue coffin?



I do so want to turn away from the eligibility issue temporarily and focus on the cliff Obama is taking America over. Did you see that a majority of Democrats have a favorable view of Socialism? That’s going to be a main focus of the 2010 battle for Independents because spending, taxing, personal responsibility, voter dependency, federal debt, job creation, technological innovation and the role of government are all intimately intertwined with it. The reality is that November is fast approaching and every effort needs to be made to stop Obama’s socialist objectives.



But, because Presidential eligibility is such a bedrock issue, it’s almost impossible for those of us who care deeply about the Constitution and the rule of law to turn away based solely upon political calculations. Something has to be added to the calculation to tip the scales. If real journalists could find documentation verifying Mr. Cashill’s suppositions, I’m sure most of us challenging Obama’s eligibility would fall away satisfied because there would in fact be a there there.



As much as it has been denied and misconstrued, determining the ‘truth’ has always been the objective regarding the ‘eligibility’ question for the vast majority of those trying to look behind the Obama curtain. The media can name call and ridicule each and every one who has questioned Obama’s eligibility to serve as President. (‘We’ certainly didn’t choose the moniker ‘birther’.) They can maliciously imply that each and every question we raise involves some race-based angst or worse. They can manipulate public opinion. They can even shape the public’s understanding of the Constitutional requirements for the Presidency. It’s not right, it’s not true, it’s not journalism - but they can do it. What they can’t do is rewrite history to say there wasn’t (isn’t) a ‘there, there’ regarding Obama’s eligibility to serve as President of the United States. What exactly the ‘there’ is hasn’t been discovered. Obama knows - but he’s not cooperating.



Let’s be honest, don’t you think objective legal historians/researchers looking at the facts, the circumstantial evidence, the testimony of his grandmother, the news reports from years earlier, the actions of Obama (withholding documents from the public, spending vast sums in legal fees, etc.), the ‘founders’ understanding of the term ‘natural born citizen’, the reasons for the Constitutional provision, the actual limitations of what can be proven from Obama’s online ‘Hawaiian birth certificate’, the lack of on point court decisions talking about the term ‘natural born citizen’, the differences in meanings for the terms ‘citizen’ and ‘natural born citizen’, etc., etc. - would realize that it’s almost a certainty that legitimate issues of some type exist? It may take historians many years to acquire the documentation that will vindicate the ‘birthers’. But rest assured, this issue is important enough that some historian will continue to pay attention. I wonder if a book is being out-lined at this very moment, maybe a few law review articles?



But seriously, looking at the big picture, is the status quo really the best situation for Obama?



Everyone knows that there’s a huge secret being kept. You know it. I know it. Orly Taitz knows it. Larry Sinclair knows it. Ahmadinejad knows it. Netanyahu knows it. Hu Jintao knows it. It’s like your driving on the interstate; you see a car pulled over with a police car on its bumper, lights flashing. As you drive past, you see one passenger toss something in the bushes when the State Trooper approaches the driver. You don’t know exactly what’s up but you know something is.



Right now the situation is that a substantial number of Americans cannot ethically recognize Obama as President. How can that be good for America? How can that be good for the military? Given that Obama has done nothing except post a document of limited evidentiary value online, how can anyone expect the concerns of Americans to be allayed?



The reason Obama is fighting this so hard, spending so much, is because he knows the outcome is a crapshoot. Taking the facts in a light most favorable to Obama, it still requires the judge(s) to find that Obama was born in Hawaii and that the meaning of the term ‘natural born citizen’ is either American citizenship equals ‘natural born citizenship’ or being a ‘natural born citizen’ requires only one of Obama’s parents to be an American citizen by birth or naturalization at the time of Obama’s birth.



Such an interpretation by the courts would necessarily require activist judges who believe that the Constitution is a living breathing document that changes with the times. Fortunately, the American justice system is not there yet because that would make the Constitution subject to the political whims of judges and politicians. Nevertheless, if such a decision did occur most Americans would live with the result.



Additionally, such a decision outcome would vindicate the ‘birthers’ because the Constitution had to be stretched beyond its original meaning and that would be the ‘there’. It would give Obama what he wants. But, it would be the crapshoot of his life!



The other factual possibility that could establish Obama as a ‘natural born citizen’ brings us back to the American Thinker article - the existence of a secret so big that it jumps right over the inconvenient problems arising from the citizenship of Barack Obama, Sr.



The nice thing about this possibility is that (for me) it explains a lot if true and it vindicates the ‘birthers’. And to top it off, it follows the principle of Occam’s razor.

… When competing hypotheses are equal in other respects, the principle recommends selection of the hypothesis that introduces the fewest assumptions and postulates the fewest entities while still sufficiently answering the question.…

It acknowledges the common sense desire a parent would have to make sure baby Obama has American citizenship and family legitimacy. It also recognizes that a parent would not have been worried about making sure Obama was a ‘natural born citizen’ because it is not realistic to think that a particular child will grow up to be President.



It makes it possible to imagine how and why the CIA and FBI appear to be covering for Obama.



It partly explains why Hillary Clinton, John McCain and the Republican Party didn’t raise the issue. What politician would risk raising such a possibility without absolute proof? (Gov. Jindal’s situation may have factored in for Republicans and for far left Democrats- effectively eviscerating one more parts of the Constitution is a progressive’s dream.)



It exposes how judges might have been persuaded to do a kabuki dance to avoid getting to the merits of eligibility cases and being forced to make the choice of wrongly expanding the meaning of ‘natural born citizen’ to avoid rioting in the streets or expose a huge secret.



It also partly explains why Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Hannity are being so reluctant to fully address the issue. However, if the possibility of an election-changing secret is true and Glenn Beck did not reveal it, did Mr. Beck aid the Progressives in gutting the meaning and force of Article 1, Section II of the Constitution?



It explains why the media is going so far out of their way to misdirect and vilify those asking questions. (Not they needed a lot of arm-twisting to go - given their coverage of John Edward’s affair/love child and Larry Sinclair’s allegations of cocaine use and sex with Obama in 1999.)



And finally, it vindicates the much-maligned ‘birthers’ because there is a there there. Either Obama is not a ‘natural born citizen’ and is not eligible to serve as President or Obama is a ‘natural born citizen’ and every other part of his life is a ‘natural born lie’/deception. (As more and more Americans are discovering.)



Regardless of outcome, ‘birthers’ will be vindicated.



Notwithstanding ‘birther’ vindication, it remains essential that we know the truth because though the actions and non-actions of the media, courts, talk-radio, and politicians - Article I, Section II of the Constitution has been weakened (eviscerated) for future elections unless individual States require Presidential Candidates to present proof of theirs and their parents’ citizenship.



Sorry, I haven’t given specific details about the American Thinker article’s revelations. To briefly mention the actual details doesn’t do justice, given that Jack Cashill has done such a nice job of laying it out. It’s a must read.

I think the next phase has to be turning to State Legislatures to require proof of eligibility. Such legislation may stop Obama from attempting another run for which he may well not be eligible and protect Article II, Section 1.

Stress the need for 3 birth certificates. One from the candidate and 2 from parents (or proof of naturalization)! Candidate's parents have to have been US citizens at the time of his or her birth.

California Marriage - Obama - Establishment Clause - Birth Certificate - Larry Sinclair - The BOPAC Report

In light of the court decision in California upholding marriage between one man and one woman, I am posting again Marriage is the Domain of the Church and God because it points to the Establishment Clause as the better way for gay marriage proponents to go. This morning I heard Glenn Beck talking briefly about gay marriage, civil unions and the possibility that triad couples (between more than 2 people) could soon start demanding the same rights. After I finished rolling my eyes, I began thinking about the issue and quickly came to the same opinion that I hold concerning gay marriages and marriage in general. Marriage is an issue for the church, consenting adults, and God. If there are some churches that recognize gay marriages, fine (as long they are between freely consenting adults). If there are some churches that recognize marriage between more than two people or communal families, fine (as long as they are between freely consenting adults). I’m not in the religion or morality business as long as actions don’t hurt others or infringe upon their rights.

Why in the world is the government, any government, state or federal, in the business of sanctifying or recognizing any marriage? It has always been clear to me that when government makes it possible for people who are “married” to have benefits and rights (social security or medical decision making) different from “non-married” people, it is a violation of both the equal protection clause (14th Amendment to the Constitution) and the prohibition respecting the establishment of religion (1st Amendment to the Constitution).

Social Security benefits accruing to surviving spouses are probably the main reason people are upset about the federal government not recognizing gay marriage in general. I agree completely that gay and single couples both have a legitimate right to be upset. Where does the idea and definition of marriage come from? It comes from the church. (Particularly churches of the Judea/Christian tradition.)

In this country, the Christian church’s biblical interpretation that marriage is only between one man and one woman is engrained in literature and history as the rule. However today, there are churches that recognize and perform marriages between couples of the same sex, transgender persons, and even between a man and a woman. So, when official government process bestows benefits to those individuals who are in “traditional marriages”, the definition of which was establish by the Judea/Christian beliefs, there is clearly a preference being made for one religion’s or church’s definition of marriage over those found in other religions or churches.

When government goes down the “we benefit you, but not you” path; it sure seems like government is either involved in establishing a particular religion or government is not providing equal protection and opportunity for “single” individuals who wish to consolidate and share their resources as “partners” or “significant others” the same as “traditionally married” people. Government should either benefit people equally or don’t benefit anyone.

If Joe and Mary, or Joe and Sam, or Joe, Mary, & Jane said to the government that we want to pool our social security contributions from this date forward, then every participant’s individual social security contributions would be pooled and the sum would be divided by the number of people involved and that amount would be credited to each person’s individual social security earnings account.

This would allow the stay-at-home mom or dad to make contributions to their individual social security account as if they were “working” (half of the family’s income would be credited to each person in the relationship). It would work the same way for gay couples or communal families. Each person in such an arrangement would have some measure of protection vis-à-vis social security. There would be no surviving spouse benefit because they would have their own social security. Primary income earners or those with a bigger income could direct part of their social security contributions to another’s account because they are committed to the other person (or people) and/or recognize the value of another person(s) non-monetary contributions such as raising children, gardening or taking care of the house.

I would think that most people would not have a problem with such a restructuring of Social Security because the government would be recognizing the limits of its power by saying we are not going to involve ourselves with the definition of the term marriage. Marriage is within the domain of the church, the consenting individual(s), and their God.

It amazes me that the government doesn’t try harder to stay out of the business of limiting the rights of individuals more. It seems like politicians want division so they can play each side off the other and maintain their grip on power. Every time the government and politicians get involved in anything they create fear and uncertainty; and then use that uncertainty to their own advantage. One only needs to look at the current financial mess that the economy is in.

Obama likes to say that he inherited the mess and he is only doing what has to be done. However, the truth is that he and many Democrats in Congress share a great deal of the blame for the economic mess and Obama is using this crisis to get his political objectives accomplished. The entire mess can be traced back to when government (mostly Democrats, Barney Frank, Chris Dodd) decided it wanted to get into the business of setting up regulations that created opportunities for groups like ACORN to pressure banks into lending to people who were not able to afford mortgages. This led to many of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s problems; which coupled with packaging these sub-prime assets into financial bundles and selling them round the world; it caused the global house of cards to collapse.

The government was trying to manipulate business RISK principles and it backfired. Banks wound up being in the position of making risky loans that could be sold to the government (or guaranteed) and the bank’s RISK of losing its own money was greatly diminished. It’s a lot easier to play fast and loose with other people’s money.

Market Risk is the Domain of Individuals and Business.

Now, people are getting excited that the stock market appears to be signaling the end of the crisis. Think again. The news of the past few days paints a much bleaker picture. Consider the following:

With passage of Obama’s budget, the government will have to borrow almost 50 cents for every dollar it spends this year.

The Federal deficit will be greater than 1.8 trillion dollars this year.

Social Security and Medicare financial projections have been revised to reflect that they are going broke sooner than expected. Medicare is already losing money by the truckloads and Social Security will be sending out payments faster than money coming in by 2016. That’s only 7 years away! Congress is not only spending money like drunken sailors but they are also so afraid of risking the votes of senior citizens that they are unwilling to effectively address the Social Security/Medicare problem. (That’s the problem with creating dependency for voter loyalty, the bill always comes due. Then it comes down to who can be blamed. With the American media’s proclivity for supporting Democrats, blame usually finds it way to Republicans regardless of facts to the contrary.)

Last week, the Treasury auction went poorly and Treasury yields soared. This means that the government has to pay much more interest on the amounts they are borrowing.

This week, the government was buying their own securities to bring the yields back down some. Where are the funds coming from to for the Fed to do all this buying? They have the printing presses running overtime. This will, in the not too distant future, damage severely the value of the dollar and cause a substantial rise in inflation. The price of everything will go up and foreign countries will be reluctant to purchase our debt to keep the charade going.

China, who holds a great deal of our debt, will be looking for treasuries paying higher interest in order to entice them to purchase more debt.

The more the government prints money out of thin air, the more the dollar’s value will be affected. There will more money available to buy the same number of goods – causing inflationary pressure. Demand will likely take a downturn once consumers figure out they need to be protecting bank balances. However, with a decline in dollar’s value, it means that many goods will cost more to produce because the materials required for production will cost more. Therefore producers will either need to raise prices, lower profit margins, lower labor costs (lower wages and/or cut jobs), and/or relocate to areas where the costs of production (taxes etc.) are lower. However, even with these actions, consumers may not buy at higher prices (or even current prices) and businesses will go under.

So why are stock going up? I believe that many people are being led to think the crisis is ending by Obama and the media and they want to be in on the bull market. I also believe that many people are moving out of U.S. Securities because the yields are relatively low right now, some stocks price/earnings ratios look attractive comparatively and some investors are starting to believe that Treasuries are too risky and could collapse in the future. I think people are buying stocks because they feel like they are buying something tangible like buildings, machinery, etc. I bet buyers are looking at companies that don’t have high debt to equity ratios. Stocks just look better than most of the other choices right now. Now is the operative word because once interest rates on government securities are forced to rise to 6 or 7%, a lot of investors will shift back trying to stay ahead of the calamity that’s nearly certain to come. This amount of debt and planned taxation is not sustainable.

This crisis can only be overcome by returning to sound economic principles now. Congress and Obama must stop trying to spend and tax our way out of this. The media needs to be telling the story of how to work toward healthy long term economic fundamentals and not just promoting Obama’s plan. Obama’s massive stimulus is a short-term feel good illusion; but like social security, the bill will come due.

The media should encouraging Tea Parties instead of attacking them. The media needs to tell the truth about Obama and his real objectives. The media needs to investigate & report factually about Obama’s eligibility issue, Rezko, Ayers, Larry Sinclair’s allegations, Obama’s associations with ACORN, and the numerous other issues and scandals from Obama’s past. Before America can come together, these questions must be addressed fully. The media generated Obama “fairy tale” must stop because America’s future is at stake. The media needs to tell the truth and report the news.

We need to support companies like Ford who are not feeding off tax payers and taking direction from self-serving politicians. Boycott companies like GM, Chrysler, Citigroup and others who undermine ingenuity and lead America to mediocrity.

Neither marriage nor market risk should be within the domain of the Federal Government.

You will likely not have retained a clear memory of me from Worcester College in the early fifties. Much time has elapsed from when we both read “P.P.E.” under Asa Briggs and the others. I had looked forward to cementing our friendship when the death of your father caused you simply to “disappear” from those at Worcester.

Much later, during several visits to my Washington, D.C. home, my moral tutor, David Mitchell, filled me in on the magnificent assistance you provided the College. Perhaps you also had something to do with the “Mitchell Building” erected just off Walton Street.

Everyone who shares your views is pleased at the nearly unprecedented success story you have made of your life. I was very pleased when you became an American, even if some persons attributed your motivation as calculated to expand your economic interests. Pure jealousy! You and your accomplishments have been good for us all.

From time to time, I try to keep up with interesting details concerning your news empire. From that reading, I am certain you and I have many opinions in common. I subscribe to the N.Y. Post, which one can acknowledge is “tabloidish,” but describes real N.Y. City life and the Post’s editorial staff certainly offers solid opinions pertaining to U.S. governmental problems. “Fox News” also makes an outstanding contribution to public awareness of the issues confronting the country.

You may recall the vital contribution Worcester’s Provost John Masterman made to the winning of WWII; he was a key figure, as I remember, in organizing the counter-espionage effort against the Nazis. I write you now concerning a problem nearly of that magnitude.

That problem is this: the man now occupying the White House is likely Constitutionally unqualified to hold the office. As an adopted American, you will have studied the U.S. Constitution better than many Americans, and from P.P.E. studies know that the Constitution has flexible clauses and hard, literal clauses. One of the latter is the requirement of Article II, Section 1, which states: “No person except a natural-born citizen…shall be eligible to the Office of the President.”

There are indications that Obama cannot meet that requirement. As an attorney, I facilitated a lawsuit (Hollister vs. Soetoro et al.) in the United States District Court (D.C. Circuit) demanding that Obama produce his birth certificate or satisfactory substitute evidence. There are about 20 similar lawsuits across the nation. In my case, U.S. District Court Judge Robertson (a Clinton appointee), who summarily dismissed the case, and is rumored to be seeking an Obama appointment, wrote that Obama’s eligibility had been “blogged, texted, twittered, and otherwise massaged by America’s vigilant citizenry.” In other words, he accepted internet “blogs” in lieu of actual evidence.

He ordered me to “show cause” why I should not be sanctioned for promotion of a “frivolous” lawsuit. (It is significant that, although dismissed, none of the twenty odd similar legal actions have been designated by the responsible judge as “frivolous.”)

Other lawsuits have usually been dismissed for “lack of standing” including a lawsuit brought by Presidential candidate, Ambassador Alan Keyes. If anyone has standing, it is an actual Presidential contender. I provided Judge Robertson 37 pages of explanation as to “why I should not be held in contempt” and he decided to “reprimand” me instead of his threatened sanctions. That case is now under appeal.

Any rational person with even partial knowledge of the facts must know that Obama-cum-Soetoro is desperate to conceal something he does not want known. I believe he is hiding the fact that he and his campaign conspired to assert eligibility for the Presidential office to which he well may not be entitled. Please get this straight:

Hawaiian officials have not validated AKA OBAMA’s place of birth. What they have said is that they “have the original document” on file. They haven’t offered a clue as to what information is in that document nor have they said what kind of birth certificate is on file; a conventional birth certificate issued by a hospital with a doctor’s signature or the kind of birth certificate issued by Hawaii on the basis of an affidavit? The Hawaiian officials are not part of a cover-up. They can not legally validate what is on that document without a court order or permission from “our” Chicago con-man.

Laws of the Territory of Hawaii ACT 96 To Provide For The Issuance Of Certificates Of Hawaiian Birth was in effect from 1911 until 1972 and allowed someone who was born outside the Hawaiian Islands to be registered as though he were born in Hawaii. Under that law, someone simply would have presented herself to the Hawaiian authorities and declared that the child was born in Hawaii. The person could have sworn under oath and presented witnesses and other evidence. If the authorities accepted it, that was the end of it. All a person had to do was file a false statement and Hawaii took them at their word.

One could not just say "My kid was born in Des Moines but I want him to have a Hawaiian birth record". But if you lied no investigation was conducted to validate your claim and the Hawaiian birth record was issued no questions asked.

Knowledge of this practice was wide spread and there are probably thousands of people who obtained Hawaiian birth records between 1911 and 1972 through the process of affidavits and witnesses rather than hospitals and delivery doctors.

One high profile example of the Hawaiian birth certificate policy is the former Emperor of China. Sun Yat-sen was born on 12 November 1866 to a peasant family in the village of Cuiheng, China, but by 1904 he had a Hawaiian birth certificate and was officially a citizen of the United States. The wording on Sun Yat-sen’s Hawaiian birth certificate reveals that at age 18 he “made application for a Certificate of Birth. And that it appears from his affidavit and the evidence submitted by witnesses that he was born in the Hawaiian Islands.” Appears? It also appears that AKA Obama was born in Hawaii. Does the AKA Obama birth certificate on file with the State of Hawaii have language similar to the birth certificate of SunYat-sen?

The only way to know where AKA OBAMA was actually born is to view AKA OBAMA's original birth certificate on file in Hawaii to see what kind of birth certificate it is, and to examine what corroborating evidence supports what it says about AKA OBAMA's alleged place of birth. If the birth was in a hospital, as AKA OBAMA has maintained, such evidence would be the name of the hospital and the name and signature of the doctor who delivered him....Continue Reading

CHICAGO POLICE DEPARTMENT DETECTIVE DIVISION AREA 2: No Arrest Has Been Made To Date.

I decided to check with the Chicago Police Departments Detective Division handling the Donald Young murder case to see if they had made any arrest to date. According to the Detective Division for Area 2 no arrest has been made in the December 23, 2007 murder of (Trinity United Christian Church Choir Director and admitted gay lover of Barack Obama) Donald Young.

The anti-tax “tea party” protests held April 15 were so successful that two Republican governors are trying a variation of the formula Thursday.

Rick Perry of Texas and Mark Sanford of South Carolina are holding a town hall meeting by way of a telephone conference call to mobilize support for the anti-tax cause, states’ rights and a smaller federal government.

The event is formally called “The Fight for Freedom Call.” Pundits have dubbed it “Tea Party 2.0.”

To those who criticize the Tea Parties and those who oppose Obama's policies as somehow in lockstep with the Republican Party image the media has tried so hard to create, you are wrong. The vast majority of Tea Party attendees are Democrats, Independents and Republicans who are deeply concerned about issues and the damage Obama is doing to the American economy. I'm sure that attendee's opinions differ on many issues but they have chosen to coalesce around economic concerns.

The media has embraced the role of advocate from Obama for some time now; and as advocates, they try to unjustly portray everyone who opposes Obama's policies as racist bigots/homophobes and ridicule them without concern for the facts. (Alinsky's Rules for Radicals?)

On that note, I would like to thank The Gender Identity Center of Colorado for including the article Marriage is the Domain of the Church and God in the news section of their site. It's a safe bet that 100% of gicofcolo's readers and I would not agree on 100% of the issues; however, I bet most of us agree on Equal Protection. I don't agree with 100% of anyone's views but I respect them (if they are thoughtful and not just parroting what someone told them).

I'm a "fiscal conservative" who believes the Constitution of the United States is just fine, has served America extremely well and should continue to be her road map to the future. On other issues, I prefer not to be pigeonholed.

The hostility between Fox News Channel and MSNBC reached a fever pitch Wednesday when a Fox producer infiltrated the GE shareholders meeting.

Just before GE re-elected board members, company brass were hit with questions from shareholders critical of an alleged leftward political slant at MSNBC.

But one of those questions came from Jesse Waters, a producer on "The O'Reilly Factor" whose criticisms were cut short when his microphone was cut off, according to several attendees. Waters apparently did not publicly identify himself as a Fox employee.

Waters has built a reputation as an ambush interviewer, specializing in on-the-street confrontations. But this is arguably the boldest move by a Fox newsie to utilize the tactic inside their chief rival's tent, as it were.

O'Reilly and MSNBC anchor Keith Olbermann have been involved in a running feud for several years, but the pissing match between the two has of late started to envelope other parts of the News Corp. and GE empires.

GE pointed out that Waters had Fox News cameras waiting outside the Orlando meeting.

Attendees who spoke to THR said shareholders asked about 10 politically charged questions concerning MSNBC as well as one about CNBC.

First up was a woman asking about a reported meeting in which Immelt and NBC Uni CEO Jeff Zucker supposedly told top CNBC executives and talent to be less critical of President Obama and his policies.

Immelt acknowledged a meeting took place but said no one at CNBC was told what to say or not to say about politics.

During the woman's follow-up question, her microphone was apparently cut off. A short time later, Waters asked a question and his mic was cut, too.

Sad to say, it's slow roll time at Langley after the release of interrogation memos that, in the words of one veteran officer, "hit the agency like a car bomb in the driveway." President Obama promised CIA officers that they won't be prosecuted for carrying out lawful orders, but the people on the firing line don't believe him. They think the memos have opened a new season of investigation and retribution.

a. Statement of federal agent Steven Coffman, presenting evidence that Barack Hussein Obama’s Selective Service certificate was forged and backdated. This evidence shows that Obama’s Selective Service certificate was prepared in 2008 and backdated to appear as if it was prepared in 1980. Failure to fill out a timely certification for selective service makes one ineligible for work in the executive branch of the US government, which understandably includes the presidency as the top position in the government.

b. Statement of Sandra Ramsey Lines, a forensic document examiner, explaining why the Certification of Live Birth, which was posted by Barack Obama on the internet, cannot be considered to be a genuine document and the reasons for the need to review the original vault copy of this document.

c. Statement of Jorje Baro, licensed private investigator, showing evidence of forgery in the Certification of Live Birth, which was posted on the internet by Barack Hussein Obama.

d. Statement of Neil Sankey, a licensed private investigator, identifying 100 addresses, located all over the US, for Barack and Michelle Obama. Since most of these addresses are connected to different social security numbers, this may constitute evidence of identity theft, social security fraud, tax evasion fraud, campaign contributions fraud, charitable organizations fraud and other related crimes.

e. School registration records from Indonesia showing that Barack Obama was legally registered under the name of Barry Soetoro (last name of his stepfather).

f. Barack Obama’s Illinois state bar registration, which he had to fill out in order to be licensed as an attorney in Illinois. In this document, Mr. Obama swears under oath that he did not have and never had any other prior names. In light of the Indonesian school registration records, itemized in 3 (e) above, this bar registration is evidence that Mr. Obama committed perjury.

g. Database of 130 current job positions for Barack H Obama, Barry Obama and Michelle Obama, which may be evidence of campaign contributions fraud, where contributions over the allowable amounts were documented as job positions. This may account for $300 million in unexplained campaign contributions.

h. Evidence of a cyber space campaign of character assassination, harassment and intimidations against my client, active duty officer Scott Easterling, and myself, as well as other cyber crimes.

As of today’s date, there has been no response to the receipt of these documents from Mr. Mueller, Mr. Sullivan or Mr. Taylor. A verbal response from the Justice Department was received, indicating that these documents were forwarded to Solicitor General Elena Kagan. The Department of Justice also sent another response, indicating that these documents were sent to its criminal division.

Meanwhile hundreds of US military personnel have filed Article 138 grievances under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, seeking verification of Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility for the position of Commander-in-Chief. Who are we and what are our resources? I have not seen any definitive demographics about the groups who are opposing Obama’s reckless economic policies, the people who are supporting the scores of lawsuits challenging Obama’s eligibility to serve as President, those in the military (active, reserve, retired, veterans) who are troubled by Obama’s lack of support for the military, those supporting Larry Sinclair’s efforts get his story in the public domain (free speech, media cover-up), those tired of the media having leftist agendas that shape their reporting, those worried about the “fairness doctrine” coming back, those who are sick the media’s bias against Israel, those who oppose Obama’s extreme abortion policies, those who are worried about our Second Amendment right to bear arms, those who are trying to protect State’s rights and those who are trying to protect the sanctity of the Constitution of the United States. But if I had to guess, I would say that most could be described as the “salt of the earth” or the “backbone of America.” I bet most are middle aged and up, middle income, have jobs and families, pay their share of taxes, love America, stand for the National Anthem, are more concerned with principles rather than Party identification, have a belief in a higher power, try to be self-reliant, have served in the military or have lots of family members who have served and lastly, they probably make up a big percentage of those consuming the lion’s share of American products.

This last attribute might just the one that can finally get our leaders attention and break through the media’s reluctance to cover anything that impacts negatively on the Obama “Fairy Tale”.

Right now the most identifiable/targetable symbols of corporations trying to feed on American taxpayers and Union leaders who would risk running their employers out of business rather than consider meaningful concessions are General Motors and Chrysler!

Dear Dr. Taitz:

Once again I thank you Orly for your steadfast, unwavering loyalty and defense of our Country and the Constitution. If Lady Liberty could shed a tear for the despicable actions and cowardice of our leadership, she would most certainly smile upon you! If our flag waves above this land with half a heart because of them, she waves proudly because of you. If her colors seem faded and dim, they seem brighter because of you. If the song of freedom would falter and its voice grow faint, we can have hope that it will rise in a loud chorus above the land once again because of you. Because of you and your fighting spirit for Justice we are reminded of the resiliency of the American spirit. In comparison, the leaders in this country, with a few exceptions, should hang their heads in shame and absolute disgrace.

I am certain that your efforts in fighting for truth will not now nor ever be silenced by those who by choice have used deception to achieve their ends. The truth will most certainly prevail; of this I have every confidence. We should not give cause to doubt or be troubled by those who attack us. This story has already been scripted and played out many times throughout the course of history. What remains is to continue the good fight, using everything at our disposal to affect a peaceful resolution to our grievance. We must continue to help those who are lost to reaffirm their faith in the founding principles of our Country; not the least of which is in the absolute Sovereignty of God in whom we place our trust and our hope and prayers for peace and justice.

To the Officers of the Courts and Congress:

The eventual outcome of our struggle to defend the Constitution is certain; truth ALWAYS prevails. The breech of the Natural Born Citizen Clause is already exposed. Hiding from it will not make it go away or absolve you from complicity or dereliction of duty. So it is that I must caution all of you who would listen.

Make no mistake; there is a rising tide of anger amongst the populace and the window for opportunity to effect the preservation of our Constitution and Liberty at little cost will not remain open forever. If I have a sense of urgency it is not that I fear the truth will not prevail; as I have already stated it will. It is not that I fear those in power who without shame USURP our constitution will emerge victorious; for they will not. If I am anxious it is because I know we have departed far from the Constitution. I also know with each passing moment we draw closer to the point from which we may not return, where resolution may be at great cost and untold human suffering. I sincerely doubt that you or anyone knows exactly where that point is; we simply know that it exists. You will find no consolation if by your dereliction of duty you allow us to go beyond what can be solved by reasonable means and at relatively little cost when compared to the price already paid to garner and ensure our freedom. I would not ever want that upon my head or to leave that as my legacy of service to my country. Yet it seems you are content to let that very thing happen.

While I do not wish in any way to be an alarmist, my concerns are not unfounded. I base my impression on the observation of the responses I read to main steam media reports which continue to mislead the American people. Anyone who is looking would have taken notice that the responses to their articles have turned from expressions of support and hope to overwhelmingly expressions of anger, frustration, hate and disgust with the leadership in this country. Many are blatantly threatening. This is not mistakable and is absolutely alarming to me. What is also alarming is the rapidity of which this change has occurred. It is a simple deduction that the point at which we will begin to see civil unrest may come more quickly than what one might otherwise expect. I am hopeful that a peaceful return to a Government by the People and for the People as explicitly conveyed by the Constitution has not passed us by already.

Those who read this understand. My words and caution are meant for the Officers of the Court and Congress and are not to be construed as a call to the people for thoughtless or poorly designed and excessive measures. Let us all pray and work fervently toward the end that it does NOT come to that. My intent is plain and simple; to serve a potent reminder to leadership that the natural History of Nations, when a legitimate concern fundamental to preservation of a free people and expressed by the people is ignored, scoffed at and taken with a view of indifference or propagated by corruption and self interest, is invariant. There is no need to expound on the horrors of it here. It is my prayer and my plea to you that you recognize this danger and heed my words of caution. Cease immediately in your mindless delay in rising to the defense of our Constitution. It was the Constitution that united us as a people and it is the Constitution with the grace of God that can unite us again. Stop your folly and embrace it in word and deed without delay. Your inaction, I am convinced, is putting our Country and indeed all of us in great peril.

On the home page of the Israeli Insider is an article describing the greeting of humiliation from Obama to the Saudi King:

President Bush would dance with him, smooch and hold hands with him, but at the G20 in London President Obama bent his knee and put his mouth where (a lot of) his money came from, kissing the hand of King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, before the Wahabi offered his backside and allowed Obama to turn and kiss the other sheik. Queen Elizabeth only merited a handshake.

Was Obama's bowing before the Saudi King an act of pure ignorance or Obama's childhood training kicking in? On my other blog, I plan to keep the photo of Obama bowing before the King up a day or two to allow it to sink in. Pray for Israel because they do not have a friend in Obama.

This past weekend, I had the opportunity to visit Philadelphia and see a few of the sights. It was a special trip. We visited Independence Hall and saw where the signers of the Declaration of Independence took the courageous stand that gave rise to this wonderful country. In fact, many may not be aware that the signing took place a few days prior to the public reading of the Declaration in Independence Square to give the signers enough time to leave Philadelphia for their own safety. It was understood that by signing this document they were immediately subjecting themselves to the charge of treason.

After leaving Independence Hall, we made our way over to the complex where the Liberty Bell is displayed majestically facing Independence Hall. Everyone enters the building at the far end and each has the opportunity to review the history of the Liberty Bell at their own pace. The displays remind us of the sacrifice, the courage, the hopes, the dreams, and magic that is the Liberty Bell. When I finished viewing the displays and reading about the Liberty Bell, I slowly approached the area where she rests. I as approached, I was nearly overcome with emotion and had to consciously hold back tears. She is powerful and magnificent. I thought of my family’s sacrifices throughout the years defending the Liberty that she represents. Warmth grew in my chest and reminded me that this county is one that deserves defending and serving. It is bigger than my life, and the principles she represents are worthy of my life. The Liberty Bell rang for liberty and equality.

I’m also sure that part of the emotion that touched me is caught up with this Presidential Election. The historic significance of breaking the barriers of race and gender is wonderful and past due. And normally the situation of America facing the choice between two diametrically opposed views in governance would be most welcome, but in this election the views and past of Sen. Obama are being hidden from the voters by the media. The reality is that America is faced with the choice of following the ideals, initiative, and creativity of the individual in the capitalist system upon which America was founded OR (unknowing) being led to the mediocre potential of the herd on the path toward socialism.

Senator McCain’s campaign slogan “Country First” accurately describes his life view and who John McCain will be as President. It is to me in stark contrast to Senator Obama’s life of “Obama First”. Senator Obama has been allowed by the media, maybe even privately encouraged, to portray himself as someone he’s not – The Reformer. Closer to the truth would be that Sen. Obama is The Underminer. The American systems that he will undermine are those that have made this country thrive and have the ability to overcome enormous obstacles - individual responsibility, individuals making communities work, individuals giving neighbors a hand up, economic systems that reward initiative and effort. The reason is simple. If a majority of voters are so dependent on government (no matter how ineffective it may be) to make their lives work, they will never vote people like Obama out. It will be the death of self-reliance and initiative; and the birth of the dependent herd. America will be lost. The Liberty Bell rang for liberty - not Socialism.

At the Republican Convention, there was a parade of people who knew Sen. McCain well, who knew his story, who shared his story. John McCain has a story that reflects honor and service to America.

Who can stand up and tell Sen. Obama’s story?

Who would he dare allow tell the story of Obama? Rev. Wright? William Ayers? Larry Sinclair? Who could he pull out from under the bus to tell his story?

Sen. Obama has a story of attraction to those who follow socialist ideologies. Shall we ask William Ayers about this?

Sen. Obama has a story that follows Black Liberation Theology. Shall we ask Rev. Wright or Louis Farrakhan?

Sen. Obama has a story that is tied to those who were instrumental in bringing Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac to collapse. Who will we ask?

Sen. Obama has a story that is connected with a corrupt Chicago political system. Shall we ask Tony Rezko and his associates about this?

Sen. Obama has a story about being invested in defeat in Iraq. Who will tell this story truthfully?

Sen. Obama has admitted parts of his story about his illegal drug abuse. Who will be asked about the complete story? Larry Sinclair?

Sen. Obama has a story about community development. Should we review the writings of Sal Alinsky? Should we ask William Ayers?

Sen. Obama is rumored to have a story about being on the ‘down-low’. Shall we ask Larry Sinclair about his alleged sexual encounter with Sen. Obama?

Sen. Obama has a story about his birth and citizenship(s). Who can tell this story?

Again I ask: Who can stand up and tell Sen. Obama’s story?

In part, the answer should be the media! Unfortunately, they are AWOL. They have abandoned the principles of truth, fairness and their responsibilities to the voters. The Liberty Bell rang for a truthful and fair media. It is not acceptable for the media to be AWOL or actively supporting either candidate.

At this time of crisis in our financial markets, Sen. McCain suspends his campaign and heads to Washington to do his duty - “Country First.” Sen. Obama stays on the campaign trail trying to fool as many as he and his media supporters can – “Obama First”

Anyway, enough of this, I’m probably only preaching to the choir at this point.

However, I would urge all people to visit Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell where:

“… our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal….” President Abraham Lincoln

Support The Montana Resolution Now So We Might Have A Place To Go If Sen. Obama Is Elected And We Become A Collective Led By The Extreme Left Shepherd

The time has come to throw our support behind the efforts of several Montana Elected Officials in their efforts to get the Supreme Court of the United States to recognize that a decision in D.C. v. Heller that interprets the Second Amendment of the U. S. Constitution as being a “Collective Right” as opposed to an “Individual Right” would violate Montana’s Compact with the United States, the contract by which Montana entered the Union in 1889. (Send a message of support!)

The Montana Resolution’s position finds its basis in the law of contracts, compacts, and treaties and is eloquently set forth in the conclusion of the Resolution’s Argument:

In 1889, Montana and the other several states entered into a contract - struck a bargain. That contract was reduced to writing and is found today as Montana’s Compact with the United States and is recorded at Article I of the Montana Constitution. In that contract, via adoption of the corollary and required Ordinance 1, Montana adopted the U.S. Constitution, definitely including the Second Amendment. Congress and the President, acting as agents for the states, allowed Montana into the union contingent upon Montana proffering an acceptable state constitution. That constitution, as it was accepted by Congress and the President, included the reservation of the right of “any person” to bear arms, a clearly individual right maintained and asserted today in exactly the same verbiage used in 1889.

The arguments set forth in the Montana Resolution make the case that if a collective right is found then the United States would have breached the contract/compact it made in good faith with the people of Montana.[i] This could ultimately lead to Montana deciding that they are no longer in the Union. What would President Obama do? I am drawn to this argument because I believe that the Second Amendment was the founding father’s ace card to protect against the rise of a dictator or fascist government in the United States. The People, each person, might have some degree of power to stand against whoever is threatening to corrupt of the highest principles that were articulated in the Constitution.

So why is this important today? What’s the urgency? If the 08 Election goes as many have said, we could very well have a House and Senate led by a bigger Democratic majority. While many Democrats and Republicans are in the middle politically, basically in touch with the core of American values and people, and want to work together (I hope) to pass laws that support our values, our interests, and respect our military - given the current political environment, it is hard to do. Especially given that many in today’s Democrat Party seem highly influenced by an extreme left that makes a lot of us feel as though they really do hate America, despise our military and our principles. My opinion of the legislative process that this 2006 Congress, led by Sen. Reid and Rep. Pelosi, has operated under is that they are only interested in vilifying their way towards legislation. They do not appear interested in making legislation that protects individual liberties, allows us to quickly be energy independent, protects our economy or fosters individual responsibility. What they do seem to be intent on doing is creating the ultimate nanny state where the voters will be so dependent on them that they never get thrown out of office.

Additionally, there exists the distinct possibility that the Executive Branch might be led by the most liberal and inexperienced person ever to pursue the office, Sen. Obama. This is a person who has not been looked at very closely by the main stream media and the more we discover, the more the Senator’s past and current associations appear very suspect. This is a person whose campaign has been given a pass by the media for most things that they would have jumped on had it involved Sen. Clinton or Sen. McCain. If it were not for Talk Radio we would not have found out about any of Sen. Obama’s warts. The media and Obama supporters are also complicit in trying to cover up issues that continue to follow the Senator.[ii] This is a person if you look at his upbringing, past mentoring, and associations point to a life view that believes the government must control all aspects of our lives. This is a person that doesn’t know the difference between Memorial Day and Veteran’s day.[iii] I could go on and on.

Taken together, what this means is:

• That the Supreme Court have activist judges appointed when openings occur.

• That we will lose more and more access to opposing views. Talk Radio will be in jeopardy. It is the only voice that presents any news or opinions different from the mostly liberal main stream media.

• That our economy will have a drastic down turn because taxes will be increase on corporations to the point that they will not be competitive. They will only pass the extra cost on to the consumers (you and me). They will be forced to decrease their work force to reduce costs to stay as competitive as they can be.

• AND, The Second Amendment will be eviscerated.

This is why we should support the Montana Resolution. When the remaining 49 states go into their deep decline, they will be the model that we can look to for the way forward. They are good people, with strong ties to the earth, practical people, reasoned people and they are a part of a dying breed of people that still have a concept of limited government. We all need to be reminded of that. I do understand that the government will not let Montana withdraw from the Union. I’m a rural Independent Voter.
