When I saw your program Monday and heard you call it what it is, EXTORTION, I could have kissed you. I know you are that way, but Barack Obama is!

It was great. I would definitely shake Glenn's hand to thank him.

I have been considering the bailout of GM and the auto industry. Having the federal government run anything is an ill conceived idea, bad for innovation and competition. Now the U.S. Government is going to back GM's warranties. Seems to me that Ford should have a good case to make in the court of public opinion that the government is unfairly aiding its competitors. Doesn't the government's actions put Ford at a disadvantage? Isn't the government engaging in unfair trade practices? Isn't the government in effect trying to establish a government controlled monopoly with GM? Will GM buyers get tax advantages? Will your business be next to be taken over or put at a competitive disadvantage?

My next car will be a Ford. I do not want to encourage businesses to have their hands out for tax payer dollars or to allow the government to run their business.

This is to remind you that on 03.13.09. I have presented you with the motion for reconsideration in Lightfoot v Bowen, Quo Warranto in Easterling et al v Obama et al and a 164 page dossier of suspected illegal and criminal activity surrounding Mr. Obama and his supporters, that was written on 03.01.09 and sent on Attorney general Holder on 03.03.09. In front of 1200 students and faculty of the University of Moscow, Idaho you agreed to review those documents. This is a matter of National Security and National urgency and as of yet there was no response from you or Attorney General Holder, nor Robert Mueller, Director of FBI, that was copied on this dossier.
On 03.25.09. I arrived to the Washington DC and personally had delivered copies of the above documents to both the Supreme Court and the Department of Justice.
I have received a letter from your clerk William K Suter, that relates to the pleadings received on the 23rd and does not mention any documents submitted on the 13th, and I am not sure you are aware of this letter, as you didn't seem to be aware of other matters in the Supreme Court. Mr. Suter stated, that Quo Warranto and Writ of Mandamus don't comply with the rules and I can file a petition for exraordinary writ of MANDAMUS, and I have to file it with the court. He didn't specify what rules he is talking about and this statement seems to be incorrect, since I have filed Quo Warranto as an original jurisdiction case, which doesn't need to be in the form of extraordinary writ of Mandamus. Mr. Suter also stated that the Rules of this Court make no provision for the Motion for Reconsideration of an application, however the rules of this court make no provision for many other out of the ordinary acts, that happened on your watch, including and not limited to:
1. Justices of the Supreme Court meeting behind close doors with Obama, who is a person of interest and subject of litigation of my petition, that was scheduled to be heard only a few days later.
2. Any mention of my case, stating that Mr. Obama is ineligible for US presidency, being erased from the External docket of the Supreme Court right after the inauguration and two days before the case was supposed to be heard.
3. Your clerks lying to the citizens and defaming me by claiming that the above events didn't happen, even though hundreds of citizens saw it and are prepared to testify in court in regards to such events.
4. Clerk Danny Bickel on his own accord refusing to file one of two supplemental briefs I've submitted.
5. Your Justices having no clue about any of Obama ineligibility cases, that they supposedly heard in conference five times.
6. Supreme Court Justice getting all of this information and doing nothing about, while under an obligation to act and correct the wrong.
7. Supreme Court Justices getting information in regarding to criminal activity and not reporting it for further investigation by law enforcement.
8. Supreme Court Justices deciding not to hear on the merits any and all cases in regards to president's ineligibility, while finding more value in a case deling with the rights of smokers of light cigarettes to sue tobacco. It appears the right of a few trial lawyers to make millions of dollars of such litigation was more important then the right of 305 million Americans to have a legitimate president.
9. Yesterday, on 03.25.09. I was able to meet with the National Selective Service Director, Mr. Chatfield, who could not explain any inconsistencies and suspected signs of forgery in the Selective Service Certificate presented to the public by Mr. Obama. For example, according to the retired federal agent Coffman, the serial number of the certificate on the top shows first two numbers to be 08, meaning it was created in 2008, while on the bottom an extra 8 was added, to make it look like it was created in 1980. Similarly, National Director was clueless and provided no explanation to the wrong seal, wrong dates and wrong form number.
9. Recently I have read the book "Making your Case", that Justice Scalia autographed for me. On page 77 it states " Another factor distinctive to petitions for certiorari is that the judges don't like to spend a lot of time deciding what to decide. Indeed in most courts they won't even read the brief in support of your petition but will rely on summaries (or on selection of particular briefs) by law clerks'. When you have unscrupulous clerks and the issue is National Security this is inconceivable.

One of old maxims in legal practice, is that the substance trumps form. The substance dictates, that under such conditions, it is your obligation to uphold the constitution of the United States and to issue a stay to Mr. Obama's functioning in the capacity of the president and commander in Chief and give him a reasonable time of 24 hours or 48 hours to present all of his vital records or sign a consent for release of such records. If he is not willing to do so, then per the 20th amendment, Mr. Biden becomes a temporary president for two or three months, until a new president and be chosen in a special election.
Justice Roberts, if you are unwilling to do so, it is your constitutional and moral duty to resign and let another Justice uphold the Constitution of the United States of America.

The Obama Administration has revamped the White House.gov site to require individuals to set up accounts to have access to submitting questions to Barack Obama. In addition the White House site is moderating and picking what questions are permitted to post to the site for voting.

White House officials are promoting this online Town Hall as open to the American People when in fact it is controlled and censored by the Obama camp to permit only those questions the administration wants allowed.

Barack Obama continues to demonstrate how he is a complete fraud and liar with this "managed" Online Town Hall that is nothing more than Obama supporters and tech personnel.

China’s central bank on Monday proposed replacing the US dollar as the international reserve currency with a new global system controlled by the International Monetary Fund.

In an essay posted on the People’s Bank of China’s website, Zhou Xiaochuan, the central bank’s governor, said the goal would be to create a reserve currency “that is disconnected from individual nations and is able to remain stable in the long run, thus removing the inherent deficiencies caused by using credit-based national currencies”.


Analysts said the proposal was an indication of Beijing’s fears that actions being taken to save the domestic US economy would have a negative impact on China.

A California attorney battling on a number of fronts to obtain documentation of Barack Obama's eligibility to be president is asking the FBI and U.S. Secret Service to investigate suspected "tampering" at the U.S. Supreme Court.

Orly Taitz, who is pursuing nearly half a dozen causes through her Defend Our Freedoms Foundation, says the issue of Obama's eligibility to meet the Constitution's demand for a "natural born" president has been before the Supreme Court at least four times.

But she wonders whether the justices actually were given the pleadings to review.

"I believe … that there was tampering with documents and records by employees of the Supreme Court and the justices never saw those briefs," she alleges in a letter to the FBI's Robert Mueller, the Secret Service's Mark Sullivan and Attorney General Eric Holder.

Forgive me as I was unable to catch the name of the lady I am referring to in this article. I just happen to catch a part of the "Factor" during its repeat and found what an Iranian woman had to say about Obama's recent video to Iran. The fact that a woman states Obama is not a man is priceless.

This lady said, "The Iranian leaders will take Obama's video as a sign of surrender and weakness, an admission that "we cannot beat you" so we will appeal to you for cooperation." She further stated that Barack Obama was not seen in his video as being "a man" or "manly" at all, and that "the Iranian Leaders immediately noted Obama's failure to present himself as a man or manly, or a man's man."

Washington Times reports:

Jesse H. Merrell, who lives on Garfield Street Northwest, tells Inside the Beltway that a pair of deputy U.S. marshals paid him a visit last Friday after he had written a letter to U.S. District Court Judge James Robertson regarding President Obama's citizenship controversy.

Judge Robertson this month threw out a lawsuit questioning whether Mr. Obama was a native-born American citizen, and therefore qualified under the Constitution to be president.

The judge ruled that the eligibility question has been dragged through the mud long enough.

"The issue of the president's citizenship was raised, vetted, blogged, texted, twittered, and otherwise massaged by America's vigilant citizenry during Mr. Obama's two-year-campaign for the presidency, but this plaintiff wants it resolved by a court," Judge Robertson wrote when dismissing the case brought by Gregory Hollister, a retired Air Force colonel.

Mr. Merrell now reveals: "I was visited by two U.S. marshals ... after I had written a letter to Judge Robertson for his rant threatening sanctions over lawyers who filed a suit challenging Obama's right to be president over the 'natural born' citizen clause in the Constitution.

"I told them unless the First Amendment had been repealed, or they were going to arrest me, we had nothing to talk about."

Mr. Merrell says one of the marshals cited "some obscure law which made it illegal to say anything that caused 'emotional distress' to a federal judge."

Dear Friends:

The National Conference on Barack Obama's Missing Birth Certificate and College Records" is taking shape. Here is our first update.

1. Location

We have reserved a room at the Capital Hilton to serve as our headquarters. That will act as our initial point for meeting and information. The Capital Hilton is located a short walk from the White House at 1001 16th Street, NW, just in case we decide to march or demonstrate.

2. Hawai'i freedom of information materials

We received a very generous grant to cover the costs of paying the State of Hawai'i for freedom-of-information materials. We hope to have some or all of that material available for review at the conference.

3. Conference Registration fee and ID requirement

Our initial thought was not to require a registration fee. However, we need some advance indication of how large the attending group could be to make space-planning decisions. Therefore, we have added a nominal $10 advance registration fee. The door charge will be $25 to attend one or both meetings. Please fill out the attendance form and mail it back with the $10 to arrive in New York before March 31st. Please include a copy of a photo ID so we can confirm your identity when you arrive at the conference. (The late fee will be $25 cash only "at the door" with a photo ID.) Once we know how many to plan for, we can work out how formal or informal to be.

4. Conference agenda

With this cover letter you will also be receiving the first draft of our proposed agenda. You are invited to submit suggestions, comments and proposals for any future revisions.

We do have a big "surprise" planned for the conference, of course. That will be revealed at the Saturday morning session.

5. All are welcome-but please bring evidence, not illusions

Anyone is welcome to register and attend. But please, if you want to express a theory, bring some rational, tangible evidence to support your claims about Mr. Obama. Those of you who know me know I am committed to only working with accurate information and, as we lawyers say, "reasonable inferences drawn from the available facts or available documentation." Pie-in-the-sky will not fly.

6. Security

We will have adequate arrangements for security in case Obama's desperate sycophants try to disrupt us.

7. Media

Media are welcome, but we would suggest you let us know in advance. We will be providing twitter.com updates during the conference (twitter.com/AndyMartinUSA).

8. Out of town visitors

Just a reminder: April 3-4 is one of the biggest tourist weekends of the year, so hotel rooms are at a premium. We have already noticed a tightening of availabilities. If you plan to stay overnight, we suggest you make early plans.

And please also remember we operate on a shoestring, so contribute any shoestrings you can afford. If the turnout exceeds our expectations, the registration fee will not cover reserving a larger space on one of the biggest tourist weekends of the year.

Conservatives and the death of newspapers

We conservatives are being cautioned repeatedly these days not to become too elated over the demise of mainstream newspapers. "Cork the champagne, sweep up the confetti, and put away the party hats," advised MSM journalist Rick Henderson recently in National Review Online. Newspapers are public watchdogs, he wrote, and no one else is ready to assume that mission. There‘s some truth to that, and, characteristically, some bias.

As watchdogs, newspapers aren't the Dobermans they once were. Liberalism increasingly dictates what they will and won't bark at, while shrinking staffs provide an ever-diminishing check on communities and governments. There's no reason to believe others won't step up in time and perform the job equally well or better once these monopolistic dinosaurs relinquish their hold on the local marketplace.

Nationally, newspapers have much to answer for. They didn't so much as growl before the two major calamities of the past 50 years: 9/11 (and the rise of radical Islam) and the economic crash that now engulfs us. Their first response to 9/11 was to blame America, absolve Islam and rush out to find examples of American racism toward Muslims (an ongoing project).

A forewarning on the economic crisis would have required, among other things, a critical examination of the sub-prime mess. That involves minorities, and that's restricted territory. On the other hand, agenda-driven stories about the racist practice of bankers, realtors and mortgage brokers were invariably front-page news and helped lay the foundation for this disaster.

And it didn't require the Obama candidacy to tell us that newspapers are virtually the house organs of the Democratic Party (which is why an industry bailout may soon be in the offing).

Yet MSM journalists continue to see no bias, hear no bias and speak no bias. Despite the extensive damage this problem has done to the industry and the profession, journalists refuse even to address the issue, let alone talk about remedies….Continue Reading

On February 9, 2009, a New Jersey attorney, Mr. Mario Apuzzo, filed a lawsuit on behalf of Plaintiffs, Charles F. Kerchner, Jr., Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James LeNormand and Donald H. Nelson, Jr.


The lawsuit, Civil Action Number. 1:09 –cv-00253 was filed in United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

The defendants in this case are: Barrack Hussein Obama II, and Individually, a/k/a Barry Soetoro, United States of America, The United States Congress, The United States Senate, The United States House of Representatives, Richard B. Cheney (President of the US Senate, Presiding Officer of Joint Session of Congress, Vice President of the United States and Individually), Nancy Pelosi (Speaker of the House and Individually).

All of the defendants have been served with a copy of the complaint and have 60 days to respond to the complaint. Will they stand up like honest citizens and answer the complaint, or will they hide behind high priced lawyers like Obama has been doing?

Basically, the lawsuit says there is no verifiable proof that Obama is an American citizen and is therefore ineligible to be the President of the United States. It also points out that the United States Code of Federal Regulations was violated by the defendants, during the course of counting Electoral votes, by not asking any members of Congress if they objected to the counts. A normal counting of the votes takes approximately 2 hours. Obama’s took 36 minutes and it is on record that there was no call for any objections.

This lawsuit is important because, the cold hard fact of life is that if Obama is not qualified or eligible to be the President of the United States of America, every action Obama takes is fraudulent. Any Treaty, Executive Order, Agreements, and/or Laws signed by him are not valid and can be rescinded, reneged on or totally ignored by any Nation on Earth, including future American administrations, now and into the distant future. Any trade agreements between Nations and Corporations can be denied or rescinded.

By the very nature of Obama’s citizenship being questioned, it places the liberty of all Americans in jeopardy. Obama himself, can end all lawsuits, quiet all questions, stop all Internet chatter about his citizenship by simply producing a legitimate Birth Certificate. "Our rates are higher than West Africa," said Shannon L. Hader, director of the District's HIV/AIDS Administration, who once led the Federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's work in Zimbabwe. "They're on par with Uganda and some parts of Kenya."

Chief Justice John Roberts discusses Lincoln

MOSCOW, Idaho -- Chief Justice John Roberts discussed the legal prowess of President Lincoln during a university lecture Friday and fended off an audience member who advanced the widely discredited theory that Barack Obama was not legally qualified to be president.

Roberts said Lincoln had such a finely developed sense of justice as a lawyer that he had trouble taking cases he did not believe in, and could not do his best work on such cases. This trait was well known among his fellow lawyers, Roberts said.

"He could not ignore his internal compass," said Roberts, who was nominated by President George W. Bush to lead the Supreme Court and took office in 2005.

Roberts also noted that Lincoln lost his only case before the nation's highest court, a complicated real estate dispute.

Roberts spoke before a packed house of some 1,200 people at the annual Bellwood Memorial Lecture Series at the University of Idaho.

At one point during the audience question period, Orly Taitz, a woman from Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., said she had documents proving that President Obama was not born in the United States and thus could not be president. While audience members laughed, she said she had half a million signatures of people demanding the Supreme Court hear the matter.

Roberts cut her off by saying that if she had documents with her, she should give them to security officers. He also said he could not discuss the issue.

Open Letter to the Secretary of Defense

Honorable Robert M. Gates, 3 Mar. 2009

Enough is enough! You must be aware at this point of the tempest brewing among the Rank and File. I am writing you in an effort to appeal to your sense of concern for the Military; a concern we share not only for the Military as a whole but for each and every individual who wears the Uniform in the Service of our Country. I am in this regard specifically asking you for your help. I implore you to not wait until the “pot boils over” and we find ourselves in total disarray.

I am convinced, beyond any doubt, that the moral well being and efficiency of our fighting forces to defend our Country is soon to be hanging in a precarious balance if not already. In my humble estimation this is NOT a theoretical possibility to construct a thesis or a contingency plan about. It is a reality and is happening right now. Resolution of this issue must be accomplished in the most expeditious manner available at your disposal to gain immediate relief to those of us who are struggling to fully comply with our sworn Oath to the Constitution while being conflicted by questions relating to the qualifications of the POTUS to hold the office in full and absolute compliance with the Natural Born Citizen Clause.

Regardless of differences in the color of our uniforms, the color of our skin, religion or gender WE are Brothers and Sisters in Arms and our family is being torn apart. Are you not looking and listening to what is happening around you? How can anyone of good conscious stand by and let this happen to us? I for one cannot! You must care enough to intercede to stop this. Is this not within your power to do so? Why have you not acted already? What is it that you are waiting for?

If you have any doubts of what I am saying is true you need look no further than the comments made on the Military.com site regarding the actions of Lt. Scott Easterling who in my opinion is an absolutely courageous young Army Officer. Irrespective of your personal opinion of his actions, one thing is abundantly clear; the horrible, hateful and demeaning things that were being said about him and one to the other among my Brothers and Sisters in Arms were things that I have NEVER experienced in ALL my years of military service. It is no less than gut retching to see this happening. The wounds that are being inflicted will NOT be healed by any Medicine I have at my disposal. There is nothing I learned in Medical School or in my training as a Flight Surgeon that can fix this; save the absolute power of Truth. The POTUS must stop concealing the documents once and for all and the issue of his qualifications must be addressed. Make no mistake; any adverse consequences to the troops as a result of your failure to act responsibly will be in large part directly on your head.

Have you considered the legal ramifications for our fighting forces if for any reason the POTUS is not qualified. Are they in Iraq illegally? If so does this make them terrorists under International law as the Islamic radical elements have been calling them? Have they given up their Geneva protections and do not even know this? If so when captured can they be killed or tortured without International legal ramifications? Have they been stripped of the legal protections by the Soldiers and Sailors Civil Relief act? Are you willing to allow this risk to them when they are fighting for us?

Once again I find myself at a loss of words to try to explain the abject and total dismay I have at the administration to include the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to allow the painful division now occurring in our military to proceed unabated. I hope that do not need to remind you that you as well took an Oath to support and defend the Constitution. As a point of honor you are either willing to do this or you are not. If you are not then preserve your honor, resign and let someone who cares more about us than that do what is right.


I again respectfully implore you to act within your powers and help us. It is absolutely true and is my Prayer to my Creator to allow me to suffer the slings and arrows of being thought a fool rather than to have my convictions realized that persons of responsibility have allowed through negligence to have the Office of the President of the United States to be USURPED; it is self evident however, that whatever the outcome we must know the truth.

Motion to Reconsider

Petitioners, by and through their undersigned counsel of record, submit this motion for reconsideration due to the following reasons:

The Clerk of this Court, Danny Bickel, of his own volition and on his own authority refused to file of record, docket, and forward to the Chief Justice and Associate Justices Petitioners’ Supplemental Brief presented on January 15, 2009.

The Rules of this Court provide that supplemental briefs are allowed, when there is a new law or changed circumstance in the case.

On January 8, 2009, Barack Obama was confirmed as President by the Congress, at which time it was timely to file a supplemental brief, requesting this Court to determine that Mr. Obama is not eligible to serve, according to the terms of the Constitution.

According to the 20th amendment Mr. Biden must be appointed president pro tempore, until the president qualifies or new president is chosen.

This supplemental motion has made the underlining petition proper and timely according to the changed circumstances of the electoral vote and subsequent confirmation of Congress.

The Clerk of this Court, Mr. Bickel categorically refused to file this brief in the docket, stating that he would send it back to the undersigned counsel with an explanation. Nothing was sent back and no explanation provided.

Due to the fact that all mention of this case was erased from the docket of the Supreme Court on January 21, 2009, one day after the inauguration and two days before this Court was to meet regarding this matter, this sua sponte by someone prejudiced the cause of the petitioners.

Only after numerous phone calls from outraged citizens, members of the media and state representatives, was the case reentered on the docket in the evening of January the 22nd, shortly before the meeting of the Justices held on the morning of January 23rd.

No explanation was provided by the Supreme Court for this occurrence.

When an attorney, licensed with the Supreme Court, Ms. Teresa Ward, called the court to inquire about the location online of the docket, a deputy clerk put her on hold for several minutes, then claimed that all dockets were unavailable due to a computer error that affected all cases. However Ms. Ward could clearly see other case dockets, going back years, including closed cases which had not been erased, This was done by performing a name search using ‘Lightfoot,’ as the search term.
Similarly, after the case was reentered on the docket, Mr. Bickel claimed, that the case never disappeared. However, a number of citizens have written affidavits and screenshots were made of the case disappearing from the docket and reappearing at a later date.

Further, a few days before hearing this petition in the conference of the full Supreme Court, eight out of nine Supreme Court Justices had a private closed door meeting with Mr. Obama, who was a party of interest and subject of this petition, wherein there may have been ex parte communication that prejudiced the petitioners.

Further, on March 9, 2009 at a book signing ceremony in Los Angeles, California the undersigned counsel had an opportunity to talk to Associate Justice Scalia and had an opportunity to ask about this case and inquired , as to why the case was not forwarded from the conference to the oral argument. Justice Scalia had no knowledge about my case. Similarly he had no knowledge about any cases brought in front of the Supreme Court, that challenged Obama’s eligibility for presidency.... It is simply wrong for commentators to continue to focus on President Barack Obama's high levels of popularity, and to conclude that these are indicative of high levels of public confidence in the work of his administration. Indeed, a detailed look at recent survey data shows that the opposite is most likely true. The American people are coming to express increasingly significant doubts about his initiatives, and most likely support a different agenda and different policies from those that the Obama administration has advanced.

Polling data show that Mr. Obama's approval rating is dropping and is below where George W. Bush was in an analogous period in 2001. Rasmussen Reports data shows that Mr. Obama's net presidential approval rating -- which is calculated by subtracting the number who strongly disapprove from the number who strongly approve -- is just six, his lowest rating to date.

Murray used that blunt terminology when she told Shinseki that the idea would not be acceptable and would be rejected if formally proposed. Her remarks came during a hearing before the Senate Committee on Veterans Affairs about the 2010 budget.

No official proposal to create such a program has been announced publicly, but veterans groups wrote a pre-emptive letter last week to President Obama voicing their opposition to the idea after hearing the plan was under consideration.

2 arrested in FBI raid at Obama appointee's office

WASHINGTON - A D.C. Office of the Chief Technology Officer employee and a private contractor have been arrested in a federal bribery sting, sources tell WTOP.

D.C. Office of the Chief Technology Officer employee Yusuf Acar and Advanced Integrated Technologies Corporation (AITC) President and CEO Sushil Bansal have been arrested, sources tell WTOP.

Acar, 40, was taken into custody Thursday morning by FBI agents at his home in Northwest D.C.

In 2008, Bansal's firm received .Net Development Support and Peoplesoft Consulting Support contracts from the D.C. Office of the Chief Technology Office totaling $350,000...

...Government records show Bansal is not a U.S. citizen and holds an H-1B visa, which is given to foreign workers in specialty occupations.

Channing Phillips, a spokesman for D.C.'s U.S. Attorney's Office, tells WTOP that two people are in custody and should appear in federal court later Thursday.

The FBI is currently serving a search warrant at the office of D.C.'s Chief Technology Officer.

"We are there as part of a continuing ongoing criminal investigation," FBI Washington Field Office spokesperson Katherine Schweit tells WTOP.

Schweit would not comment on the details of the investigation.

More than a dozen FBI agents - including evidence technicians - are at the office, located at 1 Judiciary Square on 4th Street in Northwest, WTOP's Mark Segraves reports...

...The 10th floor has been closed to the public while the FBI searches the offices that house the Administrative Services Modernization Program, Segraves reports.

On March 5, President Barack Obama named D.C. Chief Technology Officer Vivek Kundra as the federal government's chief information officer.

Kundra's last day was March 4.

Kundra, who was in charge of technology in the District since 2007, has been a consultant to Obama since he won the election.
