Consider:
If just a few of the allegations set forth in Berg v. Obama are true, then Sen. Obama does not meet the Constitutional requirements necessary to hold the Office of the Presidency.
Does such a situation constitute an perversion of the Constitution? It does in my book.
If Sen. Obama knowingly takes the Oath of Office or signs any legislation while not meeting the Constitutional test to hold office, is it a criminal act? Yes
Therefore, I urge Sen. Obama to throughly address the allegations set forth in Philip Berg's lawsuit prior to swearing in as President of the United States. To date, Sen. Obama has used legal maneuvering to avoid addressing the allegations directly. The issues raised in Berg v. Obama are fundamental to our democracy and must be resolved.
I would love to give any new President a honeymoon period when he takes office. However, I must be able to reasonably believe the incoming President is legitimate.
At this point, I don't believe he is.
