WASHINGTON – Putting aside their own competitive interests, representatives of more than two dozen of the nation's top talk shows held an unprecedented private meeting over the weekend to brainstorm strategies against what they agreed are government plans by to squelch critical political speech on radio.


Organized by Brad O'Leary, author of the new book, "Shut Up, America! The End of Free Speech," and Joseph Farah, editor and chief executive officer of WND, the group chose one attendee to be spokesman and chairman of the coalition – syndicated host Roger Hedgecock of San Diego.

A daylong discussion today focused on what was described as the "imminent threat" of so-called "localism" requirements that will subject radio programming to the review by panels of community activists who will evaluate station content. These panels will be empowered to make recommendations for programming changes and challenge at the Federal Communications Commission the licenses renewals of stations that don't heed their advice.

Last month, Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., submitted an amendment to the D.C. Voting Bill which would require the FCC to "encourage and promote diversity in ... media ownership" and reaffirm FCC authority to mandate the presentation "of opposing points of view on issues of public importance."

Also of concern to the hosts and producers gathered in the nation's capital was a decision last week by Clear Channel, the nation's largest owner of radio stations, to mandate the creation of local advisory boards by June at all of its properties. If Obama commits treason, is it legal? Obama was not brought up in the USA and lacks American DNA. The fact that he was raised in the largest Muslim country in the world and his mother was a communist, his Kenyan father no lover of America tells us a lot about where Obama's sympathies lie tells me for Obama, it's payback time and payback is a bitch.

Apart from the murky birth issue, Public officials (let alone Presidents) should never be chosen if they lack experience, training, virtue and demonstrated training. Is that too high a standard? It was what our founding fathers wrote.

Peter Goss was director of the CIA from September 2004 to May 2006 and was chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence from 1997 to 2004. And I thought Goss was to soft, but even he is aghast.

Goss urges Obama stop this witch hunt but to to think Obama will shut this down also "conjures up images of unicorns and fairy tales". This one act of treason serves dear leader well. The hostility between Fox News Channel and MSNBC reached a fever pitch Wednesday when a Fox producer infiltrated the GE shareholders meeting.

Just before GE re-elected board members, company brass were hit with questions from shareholders critical of an alleged leftward political slant at MSNBC.

But one of those questions came from Jesse Waters, a producer on "The O'Reilly Factor" whose criticisms were cut short when his microphone was cut off, according to several attendees. Waters apparently did not publicly identify himself as a Fox employee.

Waters has built a reputation as an ambush interviewer, specializing in on-the-street confrontations. But this is arguably the boldest move by a Fox newsie to utilize the tactic inside their chief rival's tent, as it were.

O'Reilly and MSNBC anchor Keith Olbermann have been involved in a running feud for several years, but the pissing match between the two has of late started to envelope other parts of the News Corp. and GE empires.

GE pointed out that Waters had Fox News cameras waiting outside the Orlando meeting.

Attendees who spoke to THR said shareholders asked about 10 politically charged questions concerning MSNBC as well as one about CNBC.

First up was a woman asking about a reported meeting in which Immelt and NBC Uni CEO Jeff Zucker supposedly told top CNBC executives and talent to be less critical of President Obama and his policies.

Immelt acknowledged a meeting took place but said no one at CNBC was told what to say or not to say about politics.

During the woman's follow-up question, her microphone was apparently cut off. A short time later, Waters asked a question and his mic was cut, too.

"The crowd was very upset with MSNBC because of its leftward tilt," one attendee said. "Some former employees said they were embarrassed by it."...Continue Reading

At the Central Intelligence Agency, it's known as "slow rolling." That's what agency officers sometimes do on politically sensitive assignments. They go through the motions; they pass cables back and forth; they take other jobs out of the danger zone; they cover their backsides.

Sad to say, it's slow roll time at Langley after the release of interrogation memos that, in the words of one veteran officer, "hit the agency like a car bomb in the driveway." President Obama promised CIA officers that they won't be prosecuted for carrying out lawful orders, but the people on the firing line don't believe him. They think the memos have opened a new season of investigation and retribution.

a. Statement of federal agent Steven Coffman, presenting evidence that Barack Hussein Obama’s Selective Service certificate was forged and backdated. This evidence shows that Obama’s Selective Service certificate was prepared in 2008 and backdated to appear as if it was prepared in 1980. Failure to fill out a timely certification for selective service makes one ineligible for work in the executive branch of the US government, which understandably includes the presidency as the top position in the government.

b. Statement of Sandra Ramsey Lines, a forensic document examiner, explaining why the Certification of Live Birth, which was posted by Barack Obama on the internet, cannot be considered to be a genuine document and the reasons for the need to review the original vault copy of this document.

c. Statement of Jorje Baro, licensed private investigator, showing evidence of forgery in the Certification of Live Birth, which was posted on the internet by Barack Hussein Obama.

d. Statement of Neil Sankey, a licensed private investigator, identifying 100 addresses, located all over the US, for Barack and Michelle Obama. Since most of these addresses are connected to different social security numbers, this may constitute evidence of identity theft, social security fraud, tax evasion fraud, campaign contributions fraud, charitable organizations fraud and other related crimes.

e. School registration records from Indonesia showing that Barack Obama was legally registered under the name of Barry Soetoro (last name of his stepfather).

f. Barack Obama’s Illinois state bar registration, which he had to fill out in order to be licensed as an attorney in Illinois. In this document, Mr. Obama swears under oath that he did not have and never had any other prior names. In light of the Indonesian school registration records, itemized in 3 (e) above, this bar registration is evidence that Mr. Obama committed perjury.

g. Database of 130 current job positions for Barack H Obama, Barry Obama and Michelle Obama, which may be evidence of campaign contributions fraud, where contributions over the allowable amounts were documented as job positions. This may account for $300 million in unexplained campaign contributions.

h. Evidence of a cyber space campaign of character assassination, harassment and intimidations against my client, active duty officer Scott Easterling, and myself, as well as other cyber crimes.

As of today’s date, there has been no response to the receipt of these documents from Mr. Mueller, Mr. Sullivan or Mr. Taylor. A verbal response from the Justice Department was received, indicating that these documents were forwarded to Solicitor General Elena Kagan. The Department of Justice also sent another response, indicating that these documents were sent to its criminal division.

Meanwhile hundreds of US military personnel have filed Article 138 grievances under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, seeking verification of Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility for the position of Commander-in-Chief. Federal Lawsuit Filed Against Janet Napolitano Over Homeland Security’s Rightwing Extremism Policy

Rep. Schakowsky doesn't get it. The Tea Parties are not the work of right wing activists. These are the people who make up the backbone of America saying enough.

The rhetoric about cutting taxes for 95% is a political ploy for today, because with all the trillions in new spending America will be bankrupt soon. Printing trillions out of thin air IS going to lead to runaway inflation as soon as inventories are reduced in the next few months. China is dumping the dollar in favor of copper so the dollar's value will be starting its inevitable decline sooner rather than later.

Taxes are already going up on smoking, alcohol, ammunition, etc. Taxes are taxes.

The jobs created are temporary at too high a cost. (Did you hear about what the private sector did in Hawaii recently which only took 8 days? If they had waited on the government it was to take 2 years and millions of dollars.)

The nation cannot survive the kind of debt Obama and Congress are creating. Rep. Schakowsky is only interested in lying to America today to keep her power tomorrow. She cannot continue to fool enough people now that they are looking behind the curtain.

I'm not from Ill. so I won't get a chance to vote against her in the future. I will be voting against everyone who votes for Obama's ridiculous budget.

An animated Perry told the crowd at Austin City Hall — one of three tea parties he was attending across the state — that officials in Washington have abandoned the country's founding principles of limited government. He said the federal government is strangling Americans with taxation, spending and debt.

The fact that there are millions of Americans upset, they appear to have resolve, there are meaningful symbolic actions that can be taken, and that all the actions/issues have a cumulative effect - these are the keys for the People to be able to make progress.

Who are we and what are our resources? I have not seen any definitive demographics about the groups who are opposing Obama’s reckless economic policies, the people who are supporting the scores of lawsuits challenging Obama’s eligibility to serve as President, those in the military (active, reserve, retired, veterans) who are troubled by Obama’s lack of support for the military, those supporting Larry Sinclair’s efforts get his story in the public domain (free speech, media cover-up), those tired of the media having leftist agendas that shape their reporting, those worried about the “fairness doctrine” coming back, those who are sick the media’s bias against Israel, those who oppose Obama’s extreme abortion policies, those who are worried about our Second Amendment right to bear arms, those who are trying to protect State’s rights and those who are trying to protect the sanctity of the Constitution of the United States. (Please excuse if I left anyone out.)

But if I had to guess, I would say that most could be described as the “salt of the earth” or the “backbone of America.” I bet most are middle aged and up, middle income, have jobs and families, pay their share of taxes, love America, stand for the National Anthem, are more concerned with principles rather than Party identification, have a belief in a higher power, try to be self-reliant, have served in the military or have lots of family members who have served and lastly, they probably make up a big percentage of those consuming the lion’s share of American products.

This last attribute might just the one that can finally get our leaders attention and break through the media’s reluctance to cover anything that impacts negatively on the Obama “Fairy Tale”.

Right now the most identifiable/targetable symbols of corporations trying to feed on American taxpayers and Union leaders who would risk running their employers out of business rather than consider meaningful concessions are General Motors and Chrysler!

(Lafayette Hill, PA – 04/09209) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the first Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of Constitutional “qualifications/eligibility” to serve as President of the United States and his cases that are still pending, Berg vs. Obama [2 cases – 1 under seal] and Hollister vs. Soetoro a/k/a Obama, et al announced today that an Appeal has been filed in the Hollister case for several reasons.

Judge James Robertson showed his bias from the time the case was filed: 1) Berg and Joyce filed Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice and Judge Robertson stated he would hold in abeyance until we appeared in front of him ……….and then he would make a decision if we should be admitted…….; 2) Judge Robertson never scheduled a Hearing regarding our Motion Pro Hac Vice; 3) Judge Robertson was aware our local Washington, DC attorney, age 84, was not computer savvy; 4) Judge Robertson issued two [2] Orders, one [1] with two [2] days to respond and one [1] with one [1] day to respond, Motions that we responded to because others made us aware.

The decision by Judge Robertson in dismissing our case showed further his bias as he made statements that were totally untrue and no evidence thereof had been presented. Specifically, Judge Robertson stated how Obama’s citizenship has been “vetted, blogged, texted, twittered” during the two years of his campaign. This statement regarding Obama is so outrageous as Obama was never vetted or otherwise questioned.

Further, Judge Robertson keeps referring to Obama being “Native-born,” a new term in the efforts to justify Obama’s citizenship. The Constitution and all lawsuits attempting to discover the “truth” about Obama refer to the words in the Constitution, that being “Natural Born.”

Without testimony being presented, Judge Robertson decides our Interpleader case is “frivolous,” a decision that we completely differ with.

Judge Robertson refers to attorney Joyce and myself as “agents provocateurs.” I am honored by this designation because it shows that we are determined to expose the HOAX of Obama, the greatest HOAX upon the citizens of the United States in the history of our country, over 230 years.

The imposition of sanctions by way of a “Reprimand” to our local counsel, John D. Hemenway, Esquire was uncalled for and another attempt by Judge Robertson to stop the legitimate search for the truth about Obama’s citizenship.
The following remarks by Margaret Calhoun Hemenway are right on point, “This is not a political issue – it is a legal issue and one of paramount national importance. Some question the wisdom of “undoing” an election if Obama’s doubters are proven right. My father-in-law has lived through a World War, an actual impeachment and a President who was forced to resign under threat of impeachment – the nation survived, without chaos. The greatest danger to our freedom is disrespect for the Constitution and a President, who by his failure to provide evidence of his eligibility for the Presidency, evidently doesn’t believe the rules should apply to him.”

Berg continued, “The Obama candidacy is the biggest “HOAX” perpetrated on the citizens of the United States in 230 years, since our nation was established. Obama must be legally removed from office.
I believe that 10 to 15 million people are aware of the Obama ‘HOAX,’ and we must make 75 million people aware. When people are made aware of the Obama ‘HOAX,’ that Obama has not proven he is constitutionally ‘qualified/eligible’ to be President; that Obama has not produced his original (vault version) ‘Birth Certificate;’ that Obama has not produced legal documents to show he legally changed his name from his ‘adopted’ name of ‘Barry Soetoro’ from Indonesia; they will demand Obama be removed from his office of President of the United States.”

Berg concluded, “I am proceeding for the 305 + million people in ‘our’ U.S.A., for ‘our’ forefathers and for the tens of thousands of men and women that have died and/or been maimed defending our Constitution, with our legal fight to prove that Obama is not constitutionally qualified/eligible to be President.”

The following is an update on my three [3] pending cases regarding my challenge to Obama’s lack of qualifications/eligibility to be President.

Also, I am preparing to file a 4th case - Quo Warranto [challenge person in office - that does not meet the qualifications].

Case was dismissed and Sanction of “Reprimand” imposed on our local attorney.

It appears that Dr. Orly Taitz's site is experiencing some difficulties. Her site has been under constant attack for months by Obama's devotees. I hope the FBI and other law enforcement are paying attention and will act soon to arrest those maliciously attacking an attorney who takes her oath to defend the Constitution seriously!


It also seems that Google may be toying with their search engines to make it more difficult to find articles that hit too hard against Obama. A few days ago, I wrote an article that was published in Australia and in the Canadian Free Press.

When one does a Google News search for the article's title, it does appear in the results. However, if one does a News search for terms from the body of the article that should also point to these news sites, the articles are not listed in the results. It's a bit of a pain but it does provide one more illustration the censorship/suppression that many who are critical of Obama have been facing. It is very clear that Obama supporters are all for free speech as long as the speech conforms to their views.

The article referred to above, in part, is calling for a nationwide boycott of GM and Chrysler until they return our taxpayer dollars. I hope people will read it, share it and discuss this possibility where they can (Tea Parties).

We must continue to help those who are lost to reaffirm their faith in the founding principles of our Country; not the least of which is in the absolute Sovereignty of God in whom we place our trust and our hope and prayers for peace and justice.

Those of us in the military are in your debt and will remain forever grateful that you decided to leave behind the shackles of a Socialist regime and embrace America and make her your home. Like many immigrants who came before, you embody all that is good about America and I am proud and honored to know you.


To the Officers of the Courts and Congress:

The eventual outcome of our struggle to defend the Constitution is certain; truth ALWAYS prevails. The breech of the Natural Born Citizen Clause is already exposed. Hiding from it will not make it go away or absolve you from complicity or dereliction of duty. So it is that I must caution all of you who would listen.

Make no mistake; there is a rising tide of anger amongst the populace and the window for opportunity to effect the preservation of our Constitution and Liberty at little cost will not remain open forever. If I have a sense of urgency it is not that I fear the truth will not prevail; as I have already stated it will. It is not that I fear those in power who without shame USURP our constitution will emerge victorious; for they will not. If I am anxious it is because I know we have departed far from the Constitution. I also know with each passing moment we draw closer to the point from which we may not return, where resolution may be at great cost and untold human suffering. I sincerely doubt that you or anyone knows exactly where that point is; we simply know that it exists. You will find no consolation if by your dereliction of duty you allow us to go beyond what can be solved by reasonable means and at relatively little cost when compared to the price already paid to garner and ensure our freedom. I would not ever want that upon my head or to leave that as my legacy of service to my country. Yet it seems you are content to let that very thing happen.

While I do not wish in any way to be an alarmist, my concerns are not unfounded. I base my impression on the observation of the responses I read to main steam media reports which continue to mislead the American people. Anyone who is looking would have taken notice that the responses to their articles have turned from expressions of support and hope to overwhelmingly expressions of anger, frustration, hate and disgust with the leadership in this country. Many are blatantly threatening. This is not mistakable and is absolutely alarming to me. What is also alarming is the rapidity of which this change has occurred. It is a simple deduction that the point at which we will begin to see civil unrest may come more quickly than what one might otherwise expect. I am hopeful that a peaceful return to a Government by the People and for the People as explicitly conveyed by the Constitution has not passed us by already.

Those who read this understand. My words and caution are meant for the Officers of the Court and Congress and are not to be construed as a call to the people for thoughtless or poorly designed and excessive measures. Let us all pray and work fervently toward the end that it does NOT come to that. My intent is plain and simple; to serve a potent reminder to leadership that the natural History of Nations, when a legitimate concern fundamental to preservation of a free people and expressed by the people is ignored, scoffed at and taken with a view of indifference or propagated by corruption and self interest, is invariant. There is no need to expound on the horrors of it here. It is my prayer and my plea to you that you recognize this danger and heed my words of caution. Cease immediately in your mindless delay in rising to the defense of our Constitution. It was the Constitution that united us as a people and it is the Constitution with the grace of God that can unite us again. Stop your folly and embrace it in word and deed without delay. Your inaction, I am convinced, is putting our Country and indeed all of us in great peril.

President Bush would dance with him, smooch and hold hands with him, but at the G20 in London President Obama bent his knee and put his mouth where (a lot of) his money came from, kissing the hand of King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, before the Wahabi offered his backside and allowed Obama to turn and kiss the other sheik. Queen Elizabeth only merited a handshake.

Was Obama's bowing before the Saudi King an act of pure ignorance or Obama's childhood training kicking in? On my other blog, I plan to keep the photo of Obama bowing before the King up a day or two to allow it to sink in. Pray for Israel because they do not have a friend in Obama.
